  • How do I get enrolled into a course?

    Please send and email to [email protected] and request enrolment. Please note: Some courses require your you to physically come into the classroom.

  • How do I complete my OneDrive practical assessment?

    Please look in your inbox for an email from training sharing the OneDrive link. If not found please send an email to training@vestrel to resend one to you.

  • How do I reset my password?

    1. You can manually change your password by navigating to the my account section under your name. 2. Request a new password from training@vestrel. (Note: this may take up to 2 business days)

  • How do I get more retakes if I fail an assessment?

    - Send an email to [email protected] and our Technical Specialist will asses the mistakes on the assessment and decide if a retake can be granted or if in class training is required.

  • Who can authorise additional training?

    Senior management and project management only.

  • Can we see the mistakes we made on an assessment?

    The mistakes will be annualized by our Technical Specialists only.

  • Can I do all the training from my cell phone

    Only Onedrive training must be completed on a Laptop and cannot be completed on a smart phone.
